One of the greatest lessons Caitlin Avery has learned in sobriety is to share where you’re at, don’t hold it in. Caitlin is an accomplished author of several books with over 8 years sober. Her titles include the award-winning adventure/thriller, The Last Cruz, its up-and-coming sequel, Grief and Grace, and Life of Cyn. Her first book, a coming-of-age memoir, is called Lightning in My Wires. Many of her novels include themes of addiction and recovery.
